Writing Workshop: Preserving Family Recipes
Wednesday April 10, 6:30 – 9:00 pm, $65.75
Book Larder, Seattle

I’m so very happy to be returning to teach at Book Larder on a topic that has become particularly dear to me: preserving family recipes. Drawing on experiences with my own family’s recipes–particularly those from my mom’s very well loved recipe file–and stories and anecdotes from others, I will share tips and perspectives to help with gathering recipes to preserve their legacy for now and future generations. I’ll be covering both the practical side of recipe writing, the kinds of details that should be included, as well as the personal side to wrap into the recipe as well. More info and registration here.
