This evening’s menu will feature some dishes inspired by recipes in my book Oysters, and diners will go home with a signed copy of the book. I’ll be on hand to talk about some of my adventures researching the book, talk about favorite ways to cook oysters, what you might consider drinking with oysters and wherever else our oystery conversation takes us.
